Don't judge a book by its cover and don't judge us little hamburger place by its looks. They are amazing hamburgers. All the food is freshly prepared and the ladies working there are extremely nice.

So we were actually in Crane but there are no places that were recommended but to come out to this area. We drove extra 40 mins to grab something to eat. This is place not a sit down. It's a walk up place to eat in your car. The outside really needs to be fixed up- it looks closed but it's open. Service was good. They were friendly. Good was quick and accurate. Food was good and has a lot to offer. We just 2 burgers and 2 curly fries. The order of fries is a good size! I would stop by again if ever in that area.

Absolutely loved this restaurant! They make burgers that are so delicious it took me back to my favorite burger from childhood. Juicy, flavorful, perfect size, everything you was right on the money. I highly recommend this burger joint and will definitely stop here again when I'm passing through the area.

Definitely a 5-Star burger shack. The place is VERY unassuming, but the food quality and prices are exceptional! Service was friendly and prompt. Don't let the external appearance dissuade you. This is a Must Try place if you're in the Monahans, Texas area.

There were not a lot of options in Monahan, Texas. It is a real dive, but the burgers and fries along with service were great.

All you gotta do is read the other reviews if you're not sure what to get or if this is the place to go - let me make it easy for you - THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO. The bob pal burger is literally the best burger I've ever eaten in my entire life & I am not exaggerating one bit. Been living in Monahans my entire life & my dad used to take us for Bob Pal burgers every now & then so I get a little bit of nostalgia everytime I do get to go. THE ONLY DOWNSIDE: I just wish they were open later. The building has a retro, hang out & grab a bite to eat vibe and with some updated lighting, this could be a hometown stamp that all Monahans people are proud of! (Not that we aren't very proud already! )

Super Burger

If you're cruising through Monahans, Texas, and wondering where to find a proper bite that hits the spot, Super Burger at 304 E Sealy Ave, Monahans, TX 79756 is the kind of place that speaks to your cravings before you even park the car.

Discover the local favorite that's more than just a burger joint

When people talk about Super Burger, they aren’t just mentioning another roadside diner—they’re recalling late-night cravings, lunch break escapes, and post-game pit stops. Locals will nod knowingly when you bring it up; it’s that kind of place. The location is unassuming but always buzzing, especially during lunch hours when folks from nearby offices, truckers rolling through, and even families on a weekend outing all converge here. The spot has built its charm over time, not through flashy decor, but with consistently juicy burgers, warm service, and a menu that delivers exactly what it promises: straightforward, satisfying meals.

As someone who’s driven through countless small Texas towns, I’ve learned that diners like this are often the heart of the community. Here at Super Burger, the food tastes like someone still cares about every patty on the grill.

From crisp buns to melted cheese: what keeps people coming back

Let’s talk about the menu, because that’s where Super Burger really wins. Everything feels handcrafted—from the double bacon cheeseburger with its smoky crisp edges to the homemade chili cheese fries that taste like they’ve been perfected over years. If you’re a fan of variety, you’ll find options ranging from classic American-style burgers to chicken sandwiches and even a few Tex-Mex surprises.

I remember trying their jalapeño burger on a hot summer day—sweat on my brow, lemonade in hand, and heat from both the weather and that perfect peppery kick. It’s that balance between spice and flavor that makes you appreciate the chef's touch behind the scenes.

Each dish reflects a kind of love for simplicity and quality. Ingredients aren’t trying to impress—they’re just doing their job right. That fresh-off-the-grill beef, the toasted bun with just the right amount of crunch, and toppings that are always crisp—it’s a small-town burger done without shortcuts.

A small town, a great stop: food, folks, and good reviews

Whether you're stopping off I-20 or calling Monahans home, Super Burger gets praise across the board. Online reviews often point to the same things: “great prices,” “quick service,” and “best burger in town.” One traveler even wrote that this place “tastes like what fast food used to be before it got corporate.” That one stuck with me.

It’s not just about what’s on the plate—it’s about how it all makes you feel. There’s a sense of comfort here, a throwback to simpler times. You’ll spot high school kids gathering after practice, oil field workers grabbing lunch, and out-of-towners soaking in the experience of a classic American diner. The location isn’t fancy, but it’s clean, fast, and reliable—words you don’t always hear in the same sentence when describing roadside food spots.

If you’re curious about hours or trying to find directions, just look them up and you’ll find that even their Google business listing is full of locals sharing their regular orders. That kind of trust isn’t bought; it’s earned.

More than burgers: what you might miss if you don’t stop by

Sure, burgers are the draw, but Super Burger isn’t a one-trick pony. Their milkshakes—rich, creamy, with just the right swirl of nostalgia—are the kind you sip slowly, trying to make them last longer. They’ve also got seasoned fries, fried okra, and those classic crinkle-cut onion rings that are golden and crisp, never soggy.

On one visit, I overheard a regular recommending the grilled chicken sandwich with extra pickles to a first-timer. There’s a comfort in knowing there’s a go-to order for every kind of eater, from picky kids to grownups looking for something hearty but not greasy.

Even the staff feels like part of the meal. Friendly, no-fuss, and fast—they know what you mean when you say “the usual.” There’s something really satisfying about being served by people who seem to like being there.

If you're mapping out your next food stop across West Texas, make a mental note—or better yet, a real one. Super Burger isn't just about filling your belly, it’s about reminding you what a good roadside diner should feel like. Great food, genuine service, and a slice of local flavor—all tucked into a modest little building at 304 E Sealy Ave.

And when that burger hits the table, fresh and hot, with melted cheese cascading down the sides—trust me, you’ll understand why the name isn’t just catchy. It’s the real deal.
